To ensure the effective and accurate implementation of inventory control systems and procedures at the branch level. This role aims to maintain stock accuracy, prevent inventory issues such as stockouts or overstocking, and improve inventory control processes and training.
Implement inventory control systems and procedures in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Keep inventory records updated in real-time to accurately reflect stock levels.
Ensure inventory control training materials are current and aligned with existing systems and policies.
Support national training programs by providing guidance and content for inventory control education.
Design and develop compliant, high-quality inventory control applications.
Recommend and test process improvements to enhance system efficiency and usability.
Maintain accurate control over merchandise inventory to avoid discrepancies or losses.
Monitor stock levels, prevent stockouts or overstocking, and coordinate with departments to resolve inventory issues.
Analyze inventory control challenges and implement effective solutions.
Provide recommendations for developing inventory control policies, SOPs, and best practices.
