Ensure 24/7 uninterrupted internet connectivity across all office locations, maintaining optimal bandwidth utilization as provided by the ISP.
Monitor and ensure the smooth functioning of all workstations, enforcing compliance with internal IT policies and best practices.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all electronic and IT assets.
Uphold data security and ensure full ISO 27001:2013 compliance across all levels of personnel — from Office Assistants to the Managing Director.
Manage and maintain IP camera systems, ensuring continuous accessibility for management and minimizing downtime.
Implement fail-safe mechanisms across all IT equipment to ensure operational continuity.
Maintain accurate achievement records, career scorecards, and checklists to support both personal and organizational development.
Keep detailed maintenance logs and IT incident reports, ensuring timely updates and data accuracy.
Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies to enhance IT infrastructure in alignment with the company’s US operations.
Support the recruitment team in evaluating and hiring IT personnel.
