Tele Tell Communications Ltd. is seeking a motivated IT Manager to support its sister concern, Padma Communications, in managing and maintaining hospital IT operations. The role focuses on ensuring seamless technology operations and driving digital transformation in healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee hospital IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls, data centers, and backups.
Manage and maintain the Hospital Management System (HMS) with 30+ modules and accounting software.
Provide on-call IT support for hardware, software, and network issues across hospital units.
Administer CCTV systems, including 74 IP cameras, 3 NVRs, EZstation App, and private IP/web monitoring.
Manage PBX/VoIP systems, including 64 IP phones, Yeastar server, hotline, and outgoing call setup.
Ensure data security and compliance through patching, monitoring, and cybersecurity best practices.
Support hardware and biomedical IT devices such as computers, printers, scanners, biometrics, and access points.
Collaborate with vendors (ISP, software providers) and negotiate service agreements.
Lead website management, including doctor profiles, online appointment booking, telemedicine, job circulars, and CV collection.
Drive digital marketing and social media campaigns, including Facebook boosting, video content, and awareness posts.
Supervise printing, publications, and creative support for forms, brochures, and event materials.
Prepare IT-related documents and reports and provide support to HR, Accounts, and Administration.
