  • Experience with sales pipelines, CRM systems, and reporting processes

  • Foundational understanding of software solutions, SaaS, ERP, and digital transformation trends (preferred)

  • Capable of working independently as well as within a collaborative team environment

  • Highly self-motivated with a strong results- and target-oriented approach

We are seeking energetic and goal-oriented professionals who are passionate about driving business growth through technology. The chosen candidates will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, fostering strong client partnerships, and delivering customized IT solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively explore and generate new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach initiatives.

  • Connect with both local and international clients to understand their workflows, goals, and challenges.

  • Conduct product presentations, software demos, and solution walkthroughs to showcase offerings.

  • Prepare proposals, handle RFPs/tenders, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals.

  • Work closely with technical and product teams to ensure smooth and timely solution delivery.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships while providing outstanding after-sales support.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities to provide valuable insights.

  • Prepare and maintain regular sales activity reports (daily, weekly, monthly), including pipeline updates and forecasts.

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of sales strategies to help achieve organizational targets.
