Masters, in Business Administration
Additional Requirements
-Strong command in both written and spoken English & Bangla and in report writing.
-Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools/software, and digital communication platforms.
-Minimum 10 years of full-time professional experience in project planning, development, and implementation, preferably with reputed local or international organizations.
-Project related activity and liaison with development partners.
-Project bidding and Securing Experience.
-Proven skills in project documentation, stakeholder coordination, event management, and reporting.
-Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Explore potential projects aimed at private sector development.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor implementation of development projects, ensuring alignment with DCCI’s strategic goals.
- Draft project proposals, concept notes, MoUs, and reports for donor agencies, development partners, and stakeholders.
- Maintain liaison with government bodies, donor agencies, private sector entities, and international organizations for project collaboration and implementation.
- Conduct regular project evaluations and prepare progress reports, financial documentation, and outcome analysis.
- Organize workshops, training, seminars, and stakeholder meetings under different project activities.
- Support to Administrative work.
- Ensure timely and effective execution of all assigned responsibilities by the DCCI authority, particularly under donor-funded and partnership-based projects.
