Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:
Druto Fintech Limited is seeking proactive and motivated Junior Executives, Credit Operations to support our lending, collection, and verification activities. This is a completely field-based role and is only open to male candidates. The Junior Executive will play a key role in client interaction, loan installment collection, credit verification, and ensuring timely documentation of loan-related data. This position starts with a provisional salary of BDT 15,000, which will increase to BDT 17,000 upon successful completion of the probationary period.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction and Support:
  • Visit borrowers, guarantors, and related parties to collect necessary documents and verify details.
  • Explain loan terms, repayment schedules, and company policies to clients and address queries.
Loan Collection & Recovery:
  • Collect loan installment money from customers as per schedule.
  • Issue proper receipts for collections and deposit the collected money to the designated office or account within the same day.
  • Follow up with customers for overdue payments and arrange recovery visits.
Credit Verification and Documentation:
  • Collect, verify, and submit loan application documents to the respective department on time.
  • Ensure all gathered information is accurate, complete, and compliant with credit policies.
Field Operations:
  • Conduct home/office visits for verification of applicant information.
  • Carry out follow-ups, field recovery activities, and loan collection visits.
Reporting:
  • Provide daily updates on field activities to the supervisor.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on verification findings, repayment status, and operational challenges.
Compliance and Ethics:
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies in all client interactions.
  • Protect sensitive client data and ensure strict confidentiality.
