Monitor, follow up, and implement QMS requirements across the factory.
Ensure compliance with buyer’s technical requirements for audits.
Support quality control in cutting, sewing, and finishing sections.
Train quality inspectors and staff on quality policies, concepts, and standards.
Assist in developing and updating SOPs, Quality Manuals, and documentation.
Drive Total Quality Management (TQM) and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform internal QMS/Technical audits and coordinate with section heads for corrective actions.
Manage trims & accessories inspection and coordinate with merchandising to reduce supplier defects.
Implement 5S practices and provide training to all departments.
Supervise sample department to ensure timely submission and quality improvements.
Contribute to Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices for enhanced efficiency.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
