Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (IPE preferable).
Preferred candidates will have demonstrated experience in land development, site planning, construction, or related fields.
Knowledge of development processes, local zoning regulations, permitting, and construction practices.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project); experience with CAD, GIS, or project management tools is a plus.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Facilitate the coordination of land development activities, including site planning, permitting, budgeting, and scheduling.
Support due diligence efforts by collecting and organizing property reports, surveys, geotechnical, environmental, and utility data.
Liaise with engineering consultants, architects, contractors, and government agencies for permitting and compliance approvals.
Monitor development budgets and prepare reports on project costs, progress, and potential issues.
Coordinate with utility companies to establish service connections and facilitate relocations.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and status reports, to ensure compliance and effective project management.
Provide administrative and logistical support to the land development team.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all other departments.
