Additional Requirements
1–2 years of proven experience in lead generation or a related role
Proficiency in tools such as Apollo, Hunter, SalesQL, or manual lead sourcing techniques
Excellent research abilities and strong communication skills in both English and Bangla
Familiarity with international student communities, e-learning, or the education sector is an added advantage
Must be available to work onsite at our Niketon office (remote work is not an option)
Identify and gather verified leads of Bangladeshi students currently studying or residing in the USA
Utilize tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook groups, educational forums, and email marketing tools for lead generation
Organize and update a structured lead database or CRM system, including regular follow-ups
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support lead nurturing and successful conversion
Conduct initial outreach campaigns to engage potential leads and assess their level of interest
