Additional Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at the secondary and higher secondary levels.
In-depth knowledge of the subject matter.
Excellent command of the English language.
Patient, enthusiastic, and caring approach toward students.
Demonstrates punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility.
Willingness to actively engage in school events and participate in programs, seminars, workshops, or other activities as needed.
Training in modern teaching methods will be considered an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills with effective presentation, written, and verbal communication abilities.
Teach students from grades VI to XII following the English Version curriculum.
Maintain a strong understanding of the full syllabus and academic guidelines.
Prepare and deliver lessons using fully digital classroom facilities.
Manage all academic duties including conducting exams, preparing report cards, communicating with parents, and updating them on student progress.
Administer and evaluate class tests, spot tests, midterms, presentations, and assignments as required.
Simplify complex topics for better student understanding.
Develop lesson plans, question papers, reports, and worksheets.
Ensure effective lesson planning and accurate assessment of student performance.
Create and provide lecture notes and study materials.
Maximize the effective use of class time.
Conduct lectures on schedule and in line with the syllabus.
Maintain student discipline in and outside the classroom.
Assist in preparing academic routines and semester schedules.
Participate actively in extracurricular programs and club activities.
Review and grade students’ assignments and exams.
For IME lecturers: Lead the Jumu'ah prayer.
