Age: Maximum 32 years.
Experience: 1–2 years preferred. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Organize, securely maintain, and manage office documents and databases, supporting colleagues to optimize routine workflows.
Prepare and enter data for new, renewal, or amended applications (e.g., BSTI, Department of Environment, Fire Department, DAE, local authorities, and other agencies).
Collect necessary documents from relevant departments across the Square Group for all license approvals, NOCs, and renewals.
Process government fees (via pay order, bank challan, or other methods), and submit all required documents and applications to appropriate government offices.
Maintain ongoing liaison with BSTI, City Corporation, DESCO, and other agencies; conduct regular visits to regional offices and factories to resolve compliance and regulatory issues.
Assist the Legal & Corporate Affairs Department with legal and corporate tasks.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
