Monitor and analyze the SME portfolio to track disbursement volume, repayment trends and risk concentrations.
Continuously track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify early warning signals and initiate timely corrective actions.
Ensure prompt follow-up on past due, overdue and irregular accounts to minimize credit risk and prevent NPL accumulation.
Act as a dedicated resource for proactive monitoring, enabling real-time performance reviews and swift issue resolution.
Work closely with branches and field teams to enhance coordination and efficiency in collections and recoveries.
Prepare high-quality reports for internal management, audit committees and regulatory bodies ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Contribute to developing risk mitigation strategies and improving existing monitoring frameworks and tools.
