The Logistics Manager will be responsible for developing and optimizing systems and infrastructure that support logistics and supply operations, including inventory flow, transportation, and in-store stock availability, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across internal services and external partners.
Develop and execute procurement and logistics strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing and replenishment of stock.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms for high-quality goods.
Design and enhance warehouse processes and systems to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
Oversee warehouse operations, including physical stock counts, tagging, and safety compliance.
Continuously optimize warehouse productivity, space utilization, and operational performance through strategic facility planning.
Collaborate with the Merchandising Division to meet trading terms and targets agreed with principals.
Monitor and control national merchandise inventory to avoid overstock or stockouts, supporting Store Sales Bazaar (SSB) initiatives.
Provide actionable recommendations and implement solutions for warehouse-related issues across the network.
Lead cross-functional efforts to resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure smooth daily operations.
Analyze warehousing challenges to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Ensure warehouse and distribution operations are efficient, reliable, and aligned with company performance goals.
