Position: Management Executive
Work Shifts:

  • Morning: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Night (Home Office): 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM
    Shifts will be assigned on a roster after the probation period.

Location: BDDL Badar Height, 9th Floor (B), House# 262-263, Road# 1, Block# B, Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka – 1229 (Opposite GP Head Office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Writing: Apply your expertise in research and academic writing to ensure high-quality outputs.

  • Quality Assurance: Review and verify submissions from writers to meet specifications and maintain excellence.

  • Mentorship & Development: Guide and support writers with feedback, mentorship, and skill enhancement.

  • Client Relations: Communicate professionally with clients, manage feedback, revisions, and requests.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, assist with tasks, and enhance overall team performance.
