Education


  • Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Science (BSc), in textile Engineering

Additional Requirements


  • Fresher’s are encourage to apply;
  • An in-depth knowledge and experience of Dry & Wet process;
  • Up-to-date knowledge and skills on garments manufacturing and washing;
  • In-depth knowledge about denim product and quality control mechanism of buyers;
  • Capable of working in shifts;
  • Must be fluent at English (Reading, writing and speaking);
  • Residence: Preferably in Gazipur;
  • Team Leader with proactive interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work hard and control Pressure;
  • Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets;
  • Result-oriented and a strong desire of success;
  • Self-starter & proactive;
  • Good interpersonal skill;
  • Sporting & other extra curriculum skill.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist in achieving daily and monthly targets in accordance with the production plan.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Stay actively involved in all processes and follow up on technical and production activities.
  • Implement the best industrial engineering practices across all areas to improve productivity and optimize resource use.
  • Ensure style-wise productivity and on-time delivery as per the shipment plan.
  • Ensure that both wet and dry processes are conducted in line with the approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide technical solutions to streamline production processes while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ensure that monthly and quarterly targets are consistently met.
  • Oversee all tasks necessary for smooth production flow.
  • Build and maintain a highly motivated workforce to meet production targets.
  • Ensure the fulfillment of buyer-specific operational requirements.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management, focused on maintaining the factory’s safety, quality, and efficiency.
