  • Masters, Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience

Additional Requirements

- Master's in Accounting/Finance from a reputed university.
- CA/ACCA/CMA (part-qualified or fully qualified) will get preference.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in accounts and finance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role, preferably in an export-oriented manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities & Context

- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (VAT, Income Tax) and international financial standards.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital efficiently.
- Prepare financial statements and provide insightful analysis to management.
- Lead and develop the accounts and finance team.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls.
