We are a 100% well-reputed Zipper Manufacturing and China Accessories company, seeking motivated candidates for the role of Manager/Assistant Manager [Sales & Marketing] for our Garments Factory. The ideal candidate should be proactive, experienced in the sector, and driven to take on challenges to achieve high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Possess strong knowledge of trims, especially zipper marketing, and the domestic and international accessories market.
Conduct market visits, identify potential clients, create market opportunities, and maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Coordinate sales to achieve targets, manage orders, L/Cs, and payments efficiently.
Identify new clients and travel as needed to visit potential business partners.
Apply technical knowledge to implement cost-saving strategies.
Demonstrate expertise in zipper marketing, consumption, and pricing, handling different buyers independently.
Represent the company in communications with suppliers and clients.
Follow up on samples and coordinate with other departments regarding orders.
Perform any other tasks or reports as assigned by management.
Provide daily and periodic reports to management regarding sales activities and performance.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and operational budgets.
Generate leads for new customers and expand sales areas/outlets.
Exhibit excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications and internet usage.
