Lead the Accounts & Finance team, ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures.
Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger postings, and bank reconciliations.
Supervise project-related accounting for land, construction, and property sales.
Prepare, track, and manage budgets, cash flow, and fund utilization.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Financial Reporting Standards (BFRS) and organizational policies.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes.
Liaise with external auditors, NBR, and relevant regulatory authorities.
Strengthen internal controls and maintain transparency in financial practices.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support top management in strategic decision-making.
