Must possess strong financial and analytical skills for interpreting and evaluating financial data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — particularly Excel — along with hands-on experience in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to present and explain complex financial matters to stakeholders at all levels.
Proven capability to manage and mentor a finance team, supporting their professional growth and development.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving abilities to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of tasks.
Skills
Oversee financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare precise financial statements and reports within specified deadlines.
Process all payments and invoices promptly and accurately.
Ensure timely and optimal payment of all VAT and taxes.
Track and analyze cash flow, providing forecasts for future financial needs.
Develop financial control mechanisms to minimize risk and safeguard assets.
Review and evaluate expenses to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to complete annual audits successfully.
