Job Overview
The Manager – Financial Reporting will oversee corporate reporting requirements, prepare financial statements, and manage both internal and external audits. The role ensures effective financial operations while maintaining compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with applicable standards, while maintaining the chart of accounts.
Manage treasury functions, including liquidity management, bank account consolidation, and monitoring foreign exchange exposures.
Oversee daily accounting activities and financial recordkeeping.
Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless financial operations.
Coordinate with external auditors, RJSC, and regulatory authorities as needed.
Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the Head of Accounts and Management.
