Identify and develop a pipeline of high-quality investment opportunities.
Prepare project evaluation reports, financial models, risk assessment tools, meeting materials (agendas, memos, presentations) for internal committees and the Board.
Review, finalize, and oversee loan documentation.
Coordinate funding arrangements including preparing Information Memorandums (IMs), financial models, and engaging with potential lenders to close deals.
Act as project agent, monitoring financial, operational, environmental, and social performance metrics.
Prepare required reports for credit lines from Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) and Development Finance Institutions (DFIs).
Engage with potential clients and maintain regular communication with regulators, bilateral and multilateral agencies, and other stakeholders.
