Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure seamless real-time service monitoring and file review using structured and semi-structured tools to assess patient care quality.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical audits leveraging evidence-based structured tools to uphold medical and service standards.
  • Implement and supervise Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) processes through face-to-face and recorded in-camera supervision.
  • Execute and oversee strategies for risk management and grievance redressal systems to ensure patient safety and organizational accountability.
  • Carry out thorough performance evaluations to monitor staff effectiveness and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Collect and analyze patient feedback and experiences to enhance service delivery and promote a patient-centered care approach.
  • Organize and lead training programs aimed at building staff capacity and supporting continuous professional development.
  • Perform data analysis, maintain hospital data records, and monitor key hospital indicators to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop compelling copy and content to support hospital branding initiatives, enhancing the hospital’s image and communicating its commitment to excellence and patient care.
  • Analyze and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track institutional progress and identify areas requiring intervention.
  • Conduct regular hospital floor visits to monitor operations and proactively address issues using structured assessment tools.
  • Organize and coordinate training sessions for medical and nursing staff as per identified needs.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Uphold professional standards in service delivery aligned with hospital practices and Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOPP) of BSH.
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the Hospital Management.
