Oversee field-level performance by tracking KPIs, sales productivity and disbursement achievements across the SME network.
Act as a central coordination point between head office, branches and field teams to ensure alignment in sales execution and business goals.
Conduct regular assessments of field staff performance and facilitate productivity reviews to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Monitor and manage sales commission data to ensure accurate and timely calculation and disbursement in alignment with policy.
Collaborate with HR and Training to organize skill development and refresher programs tailored to the SME sales force.
Coordinate with Internal Control and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to approved sales processes and governance standards.
Provide guidance and operational support to SME relationship managers to help meet portfolio and revenue targets.
