Responsibilities & Context
An internationally renowned convenience store chain—one of the largest in its country of origin—is entering the Bangladeshi retail market through a strategic joint venture with Kazi Farms Limited. As the venture prepares to launch, it seeks a capable and experienced Marketing Manager to drive the development and execution of marketing strategies in collaboration with both global project leaders and local teams.
Position Objective
The Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that support merchandising efforts, strengthen brand presence, enhance customer engagement, and ultimately drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a promotional calendar in collaboration with the Merchandise Team, ensuring consistency across ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) initiatives.

Propose and monitor budgets for promotional campaigns and marketing activities.

Select products for inclusion in bi-weekly promotional campaigns, aiming to enhance customer loyalty and increase revenue.

Review and assess supplier-sponsored promotions to ensure they align with overall marketing objectives.

Define standards and formats for promotional materials and media, tailored to campaign goals.

Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and tactics used by market peers.

Track data on customer participation in promotional campaigns.

Estimate and coordinate leaflet production and distribution, ensuring timely delivery through collaboration with printing and marketing teams.

Work with the procurement team to source promotional materials, ensuring competitive pricing and timely acquisition.

Oversee the sourcing and distribution of external branding tools, out-of-store communication materials, and BTL assets.

Maintain strong communication with vendors, suppliers, and third-party partners to ensure smooth operational flow.

Ensure all promotional creative materials adhere to brand guidelines and approved visual standards.

Plan and execute ATL campaigns, including TV ads, video content, and in-store digital promotions.
