The Procurement Manager will ensure timely and accurate procurement of technical and non-technical goods in line with established quality, price, and delivery standards. This role also manages supplier relationships, maintains accurate procurement data, and develops systems to support efficient operations for the International Project Team.
Coordinate with relevant departments to identify procurement needs and align fulfillment with operational priorities.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with service-level agreements and contractual terms.
Maintain accurate master data for suppliers, goods, and pricing across all categories in the CPM system.
Conduct regular data audits to ensure transparency, traceability, and efficiency in procurement processes.
Continuously assess and improve procurement workflows and systems to enhance operational effectiveness.
Design, manage, and develop procurement system applications to meet the evolving needs of the International Project Team and affiliated companies.
Provide procurement analytics, sourcing solutions, and vendor performance reports.
Recommend process improvements and strategic purchasing decisions in line with company policies.
