Responsibilities & Context

  • Discover and evaluate potential business opportunities in line with company growth objectives.

  • Monitor industry trends and adapt offerings to meet evolving market demands.

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.

  • Represent the company in high-stakes meetings, client presentations, and contract negotiations.

  • Oversee service delivery to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Lead the development of commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and tender documentation.

  • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to craft tailored client solutions.

  • Coordinate with marketing, technical, and finance departments for efficient and aligned operations.

  • Deliver timely sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable market insights to leadership.

  • Provide client feedback to support product innovation and service improvements.

  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals and expand market reach.

  • Target strategic accounts and pursue new business in accordance with organizational priorities.

  • Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with both new and existing customers.

  • Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to fine-tune strategies.

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure solutions are aligned with client needs.
