Education
Experience
Competent in managing general obstetric and gynecological cases.
Skilled in performing minor surgical procedures when necessary.
Strong foundation in clinical medicine and surgical practices.
Capable of writing clear and concise medical reports, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using basic computer applications relevant to clinical work.
Demonstrates teamwork, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity in a diverse work environment.
Able to perform efficiently under stressful conditions and in challenging environments.
Prior experience in humanitarian or crisis settings is considered an asset.
Takes ownership of responsibilities and handles constructive feedback professionally.
Serve as both clinical and administrative lead for the medical team, overseeing healthcare service delivery at the facility.
Supervise all healthcare staff in alignment with their defined roles and responsibilities.
Respond to medical and surgical emergencies and carry out minor surgical procedures when needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
