Responsibilities & Context

📊 Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring System Design:

    • Develop monitoring frameworks for new projects or support Program Directors and Project Managers in designing them.

  • Logical Framework Analysis:

    • Interpret logical frameworks or other project documents (goals, objectives, results, indicators, purpose) and communicate insights to ADRA staff.

  • Baseline, Midterm & Evaluation Activities:

    • Design and coordinate baseline, midterm, and evaluation studies for projects—either independently or alongside external consultants, Program Directors, ADRA International, donors, or the ADRA Executive Board.

  • Programmatic Information Support:

    • Generate or assist in producing analytical insights and programmatic data to inform senior management and project leads for timely decision-making.

  • Report Preparation & Review:

    • Support or lead the drafting of project reports, performing necessary data analysis, synthesizing information, reviewing consultants’ reports, and providing constructive feedback.

  • Presentations & Proposals:

    • Create presentations summarizing project status or proposals for ADRA Bangladesh initiatives and donors.

    • Participate in drafting project proposals for various donor agencies.

  • Capacity-Building & Training:

    • Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, or orientation programs on monitoring tools, assessment instruments, and survey methodologies for ADRA staff as required.

  • Data Management & Archiving:

    • Support or lead the establishment of digital and physical storage systems for project data and reports.

    • Collaborate with consultants to design databases and manage programmatic information effectively.

    • Preserve, maintain, and organize historical reports, presentations, databases, and other project documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
