Responsibilities & Context
Palli Bikash Kendra (PBK) is a nationally recognized non-governmental development organization, certified by the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA), and operates with funding from PKSF, various banks, financial institutions, and its own resources. To ensure effective service delivery to its beneficiaries, PBK is inviting applications from honest, hardworking, responsible, dedicated, and experienced candidates for the following position, who will be capable of planning, implementing, and evaluating training programs aimed at enhancing the skills of staff involved in microcredit operations.

ities:
- Design comprehensive training curricula and develop training materials, manuals, and modules (in both Bengali and English) for employees at all levels.
- Conduct training sessions on microfinance operations, loan evaluation, and risk management.
- Plan and implement training programs for beneficiaries/members on financial literacy, entrepreneurship development, and small business management.
- Provide training on digital microfinance tools and mobile banking; deliver staff training on ethics, communication skills, and customer service.
- Evaluate field-level staff performance, conduct regular Training Needs Assessments (TNA), and organize required training accordingly.
- Keep staff updated on the rules and regulations of Bangladesh Bank and the Microcredit Regulatory Authority; ensure compliance with MRA guidelines.
- Arrange necessary training when establishing new branches or launching new products. Assess training impact and prepare quarterly reports.
- Prepare the annual training calendar and budget, and monitor training expenses to stay within budget.
- Organize orientation programs for new employees and develop career development programs.
- Identify potential in-house trainers and conduct Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions.
- Coordinate with department heads to finalize training schedules.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of training activities; ensure the quality and consistency of training programs.
- Liaise with external training providers, resource persons, consultants, training vendors, and other NGOs as necessary.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the competent authority.

Other Benefits
- Before confirmation, a monthly consolidated salary of BDT 60,000 will be provided. Upon confirmation, salary will be determined based on performance during the probationary period and will range between BDT 64,510 – 71,530 as per the organization's salary structure.
- After confirmation, the employee will be included in the permanent pay structure of the organization.
