1. Network & System Management

• Oversee and maintain all ICT operations, ensuring the seamless performance of the company’s network infrastructure.

• Administer and support computer networks and related computing environments, including system software, applications, and hardware configurations.

• Install, configure, and manage network equipment such as switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, and servers.

• Continuously monitor and optimize network and system performance; diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.

• Manage and maintain DHCP servers, NVR systems, IP cameras, attendance systems, PA systems, and access control devices.

• Utilize tools like Mikrotik and Bandwidth Manager to track, control, and optimize bandwidth and network performance.

• Prepare and maintain ICT documentation in line with Buyer Audit and Compliance requirements.

• Conduct regular system and data backups, verify restoration procedures, and maintain accurate, traceable records of all ICT assets.

2. ERP – CRIPTON Support

• Provide comprehensive support for the ERP (CRIPTON) system, including implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance monitoring.

• Assist and train users across various modules such as HR, Store, Merchandising, Production, and Accessories.

• Troubleshoot system and operational issues, coordinating with the ERP development team to resolve complex problems.

• Manage and verify daily attendance data, user access rights, and system privileges within the ERP platform.

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry, validation, and process execution across all ERP modules.

3. User & Technical Support

• Deliver prompt and effective technical support to end-users for all hardware, software, and connectivity-related issues.

• Coordinate and provide ICT assistance during video conferences, buyer visits, and company profile presentations.

• Manage user access control, including door card configuration and fingerprint registration for new employees.

• Retrieve, back up, and document CCTV footage and related incident reports as needed.

• Provide immediate ICT and networking assistance during emergencies or operational interruptions.

4. Multimedia & Documentation

• Maintain organized documentation and detailed records of all ICT operations, configurations, and incident logs.

• Ensure data accuracy and traceability across all technology-related processes and reporting requirements.
