Experience
Develop all styles in TMIS/GST systems based on production engineering assessments prior to initiating QCO.
Design and implement efficient IE layouts to optimize the use of 4M principles (Man, Machine, Material, Method).
Manage equipment requirements by addressing shortages and applying TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices to maximize equipment utilization.
Improve workshop efficiency and manage incentive lines by controlling input hours, increasing hourly output, and resolving abnormalities through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks using YAMAZUMI techniques to enhance workflow and productivity.
Monitor and manage production flow, including line WIP, Supermarket Kanban, and material flow systems, to ensure smooth operations.
Record and resolve daily operational abnormalities, share input/output data analysis with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee automation processes by validating machine bag hours, monitoring automation utilization rates, and implementing IE projects such as productivity integration and CNC/equipment optimization.
Conduct daily reviews of production manpower, maintain orderly workshop equipment and floor management, and prepare monthly manpower budgets in line with production targets.
Lead multi-skill training programs for section technicians, assess their performance using KPIs, and publish reports on FHO analysis and efficiency improvement initiatives.
