Age Requirement: 25 to 35 years
Draft and review legal documents, including agreements, deeds, MoUs, and contracts
Prepare and respond to legal notices, queries, reminders, and formal correspondences
Liaise with panel lawyers and legal consultants for case updates, legal opinions, and court schedules
Maintain effective communication with external stakeholders such as law firms, courts, and regulatory bodies
Handle legal matters related to civil, criminal, labor, land, and intellectual property rights
Maintain accurate documentation and records of all ongoing and closed legal cases
Ensure timely filing and follow-up of hearings and other legal procedures
Assist in regulatory compliance and coordinate with government authorities as required
Provide legal support and advice to internal departments on various issues
Maintain standard documentation and efficient file management systems for legal matters
Support internal audits and investigations involving legal concerns
Perform any other legal tasks as assigned by the management
