Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are looking for a motivated, hardworking, and energetic professional to drive client acquisition and business growth through our IP-based telephony solutions. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong client relationships, achieve sales targets, and actively engage in field sales activities. This position requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and close coordination with technical teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead new client acquisition and contribute to overall business growth through IP-based telephony solutions.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets as defined by management.

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless and timely service implementation.

  • Conduct door-to-door sales activities with professionalism, enthusiasm, and persistence.

  • Visit potential clients to generate leads and promote company products and services.

  • Follow up on leads and deliver effective face-to-face presentations to close deals.

  • Monitor sales performance and take proactive steps to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Collect and analyze market intelligence to evaluate product performance and customer feedback.

  • Deliver product knowledge presentations to clients and prospects confidently.

  • Negotiate and finalize business deals aligning customer needs with company capabilities.

  • Handle all customer communications in a professional and timely manner.

  • Maintain regular client visits to strengthen relationships and ensure business continuity.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management.
