We are hiring an Officer – VAT & Administration to oversee VAT compliance and office administration for our Automobile and Machinery Warehouses, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
VAT Compliance & Reporting (70%)
Handle VAT documentation for goods received, delivered, and transferred.
Prepare and submit VAT returns (Mushak and other forms) along with required documents to government offices.
Collect import-related data and prepare monthly VAT returns for NBR submission.
Assess and manage VAT implications for all transactions, including inventory transfers, returns, and disposals.
Maintain and regularly update statutory VAT records and registers.
Reconcile VAT ledgers with the general ledger to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Generate regular reports such as purchase and sales statements.
Maintain effective communication with local government offices.
Administration (30%)
Keep the office organized and ensure proper management of office supplies.
Oversee warehouse safety and security protocols.
Manage petty cash and process payments related to warehouse operations.
Assist in managing scrap sales activities.
