Strong leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
Must possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Capable of preparing and delivering presentations in both Bangla and English effectively.
Deliver end-to-end technical support to ensure smooth and effective cattle feed sales operations.
Oversee and coordinate technical services related to cattle feed, including regular field visits to assigned areas.
Drive business growth by maintaining consistent market engagement, conducting product demonstrations, seasonal farmer trainings, technical sessions, and implementing Corrective Action Plans (CAP) to both retain current farmers and attract new customers.
Design and lead training initiatives for the sales team to enhance their performance and contribute to achieving top-line growth in the cattle feed segment.
Take charge of formulating strategies for incremental growth and product innovation, tailored to specific regions and varying market needs.
Compile and review feed performance reports, evaluate sales performance, and pinpoint key areas for improvement and strategic action.
