Prepare & Submit GOTS, OCS, RCS, GRS Application with supporting documents for issuing organic TC.
Maintain record keeping of GOTS, OCS, RCS, GRS & TC.
To conduct & process all kinds of L/C, BB L/C activities.
Prepare import & local export documentation and submit to the bank.
Payment follow-up with Bank /Buyer.
Communicate with Bank, Forwarder, C & F, and Transport agent.
Preparing invoice, Packing list, B/L, and shipping documents for local export.
Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the top management.
