1 to 2 years of experience in sales related to fertilizers, agrochemicals, or seeds
Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla
Effective negotiation abilities and strong problem-solving skills
Competent in using basic computer applications
Oversee the sales and customer service operations for organic fertilizer and seeds within the assigned territory
Engage with local dealers across specific districts to acquire new clients, drive sales, and ensure timely collection of payments
Organize and maintain demonstration plots showcasing organic fertilizer and seed performance to attract potential customers; conduct occasional field visits to these demo sites
Monitor and document the effectiveness of Kazi organic fertilizer and seeds on various crops at different growth stages in real farming conditions
Coordinate meetings with farmers, dealers, retailers, and officials from the Department of Agricultural Extension (DAE) in key strategic areas
Perform regular market analysis and compile research reports
Keep detailed records of sales activities, demonstrations, and promotional efforts; submit weekly or monthly progress updates to the supervisor
