    • Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English, including written and verbal proficiency.
    • Solid understanding of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels.
    • Capable of managing sensitive matters with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
    • Competent in using MS Office and other essential computer applications.

Responsibilities & Context

    • Oversee and maintain social media pages, groups, and customer interactions.
    • Respond promptly to messages, comments, inquiries, complaints, and feedback across digital platforms.
    • Uphold community standards to ensure a safe, respectful, and positive online atmosphere.
    • Identify and remove spam, abusive, or inappropriate content in accordance with company guidelines.
    • Analyze customer behavior and trends through social media engagement and share actionable insights.
    • Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to enhance engagement and user experience.
    • Generate daily and weekly reports detailing moderation efforts, social media metrics, and customer feedback.
