Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Online Teachers to become part of our dynamic team. If you enjoy working with children and want to make a real difference in their learning journey, we want to hear from you!
Lead interactive and engaging online classes and assign creative homework to reinforce learning
Identify students requiring additional help and develop personalized learning plans
Coordinate with Coordinators and fellow Instructors to manage responsibilities and scheduling
Provide academic and emotional support to students during and after class
Maintain accurate daily attendance records and promptly inform parents of absences
Create a positive, structured, and enjoyable virtual classroom environment
Encourage active student participation and engagement during lessons
Assist subject instructors during live sessions to ensure smooth class delivery
Track and report on individual student progress consistently
Respond to student and parent queries via chat and WhatsApp groups
Upload daily and monthly student performance reports to the teacher portal
Follow up with absent students and share attendance updates with parents
Contribute to the preparation of student report cards and performance summaries
