Primarily responsible for managing the Outpatient Department (OPD).
Providing expert clinical care and support to patients.

Confirming complex diagnoses and assisting in the development of appropriate treatment plans.
Supervising and guiding healthcare staff in collaboration with senior consultants.
Overseeing budget utilization and identifying opportunities to enhance ophthalmic services.
Maintaining compliance with all relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and safety protocols.
Serving as a liaison between medical and administrative teams, and reporting to senior management.
Ensuring accurate and consistent documentation of patient records.
Demonstrating strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Adopting a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
