  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools such as Oracle BI, Smart View, or similar platforms

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities

  • Capable of leading cross-functional teams and effectively managing multiple tasks or priorities

Preferred (Optional) Skills

  • Oracle Financials Cloud certification, if available

  • Familiarity with Bangladesh tax and compliance settings within ERP systems

  • Understanding of Bangladesh Financial Reporting Standards (BFRS)


Responsibilities & Context

Role Overview

We are looking for a proficient Oracle Implementation Specialist to manage the complete implementation process of Oracle ERP modules within the Finance Department. This role is crucial for the successful rollout, configuration, data transfer, testing, and ongoing support of Oracle Financial systems (such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with finance teams to gather requirements and convert business needs into Oracle ERP solutions

  • Support the design and improvement of financial processes through process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimization (including payments, reconciliations, and reporting)

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants to configure ERP modules and oversee system enhancements

  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), create test cases, and conduct training sessions for finance staff

  • Manage data migration efforts, ensuring data is transferred accurately and remains consistent and reliable

  • Develop detailed system documentation such as user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training content

  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support, address both functional and technical issues, and coordinate with IT/ERP teams for effective resolution

  • Maintain compliance with audit requirements, internal controls, and financial policies throughout the entire implementation process
