Product Design & Development
Design, develop, and manage innovative cash management products and solutions tailored for corporate and institutional clients, including collections, payments, liquidity, escrow, and account services.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Conduct thorough market research, competitor benchmarking, and client feedback evaluations to identify product gaps and develop compelling value propositions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams such as Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Sales, and Relationship Management to ensure seamless product implementation and service delivery.
Product Lifecycle Management
Drive the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and business case development to user acceptance testing (UAT), go-to-market strategy, and periodic product reviews.
Documentation & Process Management
Develop and maintain essential documentation, including Product Program Guides (PPGs), process flows, pricing models, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Performance Monitoring & Support
Track performance metrics for cash management products and provide support to frontline teams through training, product knowledge sharing, and marketing collateral.
Regulatory & Risk Compliance
Ensure all products comply with regulatory requirements, internal risk management frameworks, and company policies.
Digital Transformation Support
Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by integrating cash management solutions with digital banking platforms and partnering with fintechs.
