Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Honors) required.
Preferably a Diploma in Computer Graphics Design or a Bachelor’s in Computer Applications (BCA).
5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
Candidates should have prior experience working in IT Enabled Services (ITES).
Execute a wide range of high-end image editing services with precision, including jewelry retouching, color correction, beauty retouching, image manipulation, neck joint, cropping, resizing, masking, and clipping.
Lead and oversee the entire production process with effective leadership and team management skills.
Plan and organize production workflows to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
Clearly communicate clients’ instructions to designers to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
Maintain quality control standards in line with client requirements and expectations.
Prioritize and monitor production activities to meet strict deadlines.
Prepare and submit reports as required by management for workflow tracking and improvement.
Conduct research and development to reduce production time while maintaining quality.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
