Experience
Lead overall project management and implementation as the Project In-Charge.
Maintain effective coordination among stakeholders and lead the project team.
Stay updated on labor market trends, job search strategies, and employment regulations.
Develop Detailed Implementation Plans (DIPs) and execute activities accordingly.
Track and evaluate project performance using both qualitative and quantitative metrics.
Facilitate partnerships with TVET institutions, industry partners, and local communities.
Guide the team in organizing training sessions across different TVET categories.
Supervise community consultations, rights-holder selection, and TVET trade activities.
Establish mechanisms for cash grant distribution to support IGAs.
Conduct market feasibility studies on TVET and IGAs to identify marketable skills.
Monitor progress of job placement outcomes.
Develop and maintain a database of job placement results and employer partnerships.
Document field activities, including beneficiary tracking and success stories.
Conduct Post-Distribution Monitoring (PDM) surveys for IGAs and cash support.
Liaise with relevant government departments (MoLE, DIFE, DPE, UPEO).
Coordinate with training institutes, industries, NGOs, and employers for safe job placements.
Organize meetings, workshops, and roundtable discussions to advocate child labor elimination.
Facilitate collaboration with DIFE, business associations, and employer groups.
Prepare high-quality monthly, quarterly, annual, interim, and final reports.
Ensure necessary approvals from City Corporation and maintain coordination with DC office.
Document all project events, activities, and success stories per donor requirements.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and proper record-keeping.
Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the project team.
Support staff on child labor risks, job replacement, and reintegration practices.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and take action on underperformance.
Ensure adherence to safeguarding and child protection policies.
Prepare field-level and activity-based budgets.
Verify and document expenditures related to training, beneficiary support, and job placement.
