Programme Overview
The Innovations Against Poverty (IAP) program, funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) and implemented by SNV, promotes inclusive and innovative business models that benefit low-income populations in Cambodia, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Uganda, and Zambia. The program operates a challenge fund to identify and support promising innovations that drive poverty reduction and inclusive development.
Role Purpose
The Project Finance Officer ensures financial management and oversight across SNV operations in Cambodia, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Uganda, and Zambia. Responsibilities include managing the financial assessment and contracting processes for grants to private sector entities, ensuring compliance with SNV and donor financial policies, monitoring budgets and project progress, and taking necessary actions to maintain financial health. The officer will also provide financial support to other Agri-Food sector projects as directed by the line manager.

Salary & Benefits: The total monthly gross compensation (including basic salary, house rent allowance, transportation allowance, and medical allowance) will range from BDT 1,30,149 to BDT 1,41,920, based on the candidate’s experience and skills. Gratuity and provident fund will be provided in accordance with SNV Bangladesh policy.
