Manage daily operations of the sewing centres.
Supervise and guide all project staff.
Oversee production planning, costing, pricing, and quality control.
Train and support 76 women beneficiaries in skills development and teamwork.
Ensure proper order management, delivery, and documentation.
Build and strengthen linkages with local markets and e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate with local leaders, camp authorities, and other stakeholders.
Attend weekly online meetings and provide progress updates.
Prepare and submit monthly program and financial reports.
Support colleagues as required and perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
