A leading international convenience store chain, one of the largest in its home country, is entering the Bangladesh retail market through a joint venture with Kazi Farms Limited. With a vision to set new benchmarks in retail customer experience, the project is currently in its pre-opening phase. To be part of this journey, we are looking for a competent Projects Manager (Store) to coordinate all store construction and renovation activities in collaboration with both international and local teams.
Job Purpose:
Oversee technical, administrative, and non-technical aspects of store construction and renovation (civil and MEP works), ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, within budget, and according to company standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site surveys, measurements, and prepare accurate sketches/designs aligned with company standards.
Supervise construction/renovation works by vendors to ensure quality, compliance, and timely completion.
Prepare supervision reports, documentation, and related administrative tasks.
Plan and monitor budgets for store renovation and construction.
Ensure strict adherence to company specifications, safety procedures, and information security policies.
Manage work and travel facilities (vehicles/motorcycles) as per safety standards.
Deliver accurate site survey reports with timely field verification and updates.
