A leading global convenience store chain, in partnership with Kazi Farms Limited, is entering the Bangladesh retail market. We are hiring a Projects Manager (Warehouse) to oversee construction, renovation, and standardization of Distribution Centers (DCs), depots, and bulky stores nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage construction & renovation of DCs and depots within budget, quality, and timeline.
Standardize warehouse/depot layouts and building functions.
Oversee tender process, contractors, and project handover.
Monitor and control construction/maintenance budgets.
Coordinate with departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Verify renovation and maintenance proposals for existing warehouses.
Supervise use and compliance of company vehicles.
Ensure all projects comply with regulations and company procedures.
