Position Summary:

This role is based at our ink production facility in Rupsi, Narayanganj. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the quality of raw materials, in-process formulations, and finished ink products. This is a full-time, factory-based position requiring hands-on lab work, collaboration with the production team, and consistent reporting aligned with our internal quality benchmarks. Precision, accountability, and safe handling of chemicals and lab instruments are essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process batches, and final ink products.

• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as viscometers, pH meters, conductivity meters, spectrophotometers, density meters, and surface tension meters.

• Test ink properties—including viscosity, color strength, density, and pH—and ensure they meet established quality standards.

• Accurately log and document all QA/QC results using appropriate records and digital tools.

• Adhere strictly to ISO, GMP, and SOP guidelines throughout all testing and production phases.

• Identify deviations or quality issues; recommend and support corrective and preventive actions.

• Collaborate with the production team to conduct root cause analysis and enhance process efficiency.

• Maintain calibration schedules and ensure proper functioning of all lab equipment.

• Take part in internal audits, quality reviews, and training sessions.

• Handle chemicals safely, ensure proper labeling, and store samples according to safety protocols.

• Keep the lab clean and organized in line with health and safety requirements.

• Prepare and submit daily quality reports to the Production Manager and QC Supervisor.
