Responsibilities & Context

Work closely under the supervision of the Quality Manager to ensure quality control across multiple printing lines.
Monitor and supervise printing line operations to ensure production meets approved standards.
Check and verify product output against approved samples, trim cards, and color standards to maintain quality consistency.
Coordinate with sewing supervisors and technicians to identify and resolve any quality-related issues in real-time.
Immediately report any production challenges or deviations to the Quality Manager for quick resolution.
Ensure full compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) during production processes.
Monitor and follow up on shipment readiness in line with the approved shipment plan.
Organize and participate in quality-focused meetings including:
WFT (Wrong First Time) Review
Top 5 Defects Discussion
Highest 3 Quality Concerns
Buyer Complaints & Claims Analysis
